Minimum Delivery: Purchase Subtotal must be at least $45.00 before tax & delivery fee to qualify for delivery service,
Business Location Flower Delivery Times between 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, 9:00am-2:00pm Sat
Residence, Hotel, Hospital, or Funeral Home Delivery Times 7:00am to 6:00pm, Mon-Fri, 9:00am – 2:00pm Sat
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance
Same Day Delivery Schedule: Orders Placed by daily cut-off time will be delivered by EOB daily.
Place order by 1:00pm (Local Arizona Time) Monday-Saturday
Guaranteed Time of Delivery: We must realize that some external factors, mainly traffic, sometimes material requests, may affect the exact timing of delivery. We therefore do not guarantee delivery time, however we strive to deliver within 4 hours of our completed order. When submitting your order please include comments indicating preferred time of delivery and any special instructions. We will do our best to meet your specific requests.
Cancelling an Order – Once your order is processed, there would be a 50% cancellation fee in the event you decided to cancel your order. Once your delivery is en route, we are unable to cancel your order.
Occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local availability. We take the utmost care to ensure the same style and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained using similar items of equal or greater value. In addition, some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement.Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Refund & Replacement Policy
If you are for any reason unsatisfied with the quality or accuracy of your order, please call (623)979-3121 to report the problem.We are happy to replace a bouquet with the same (if possible) or a similar bouquet if the wrong item is delivered or if the bouquet arrives in sub-standard condition. In order to qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
For any return: replacement request must occur within 2 days of delivery.
For refunds, replacements or store credit on any “unsatisfactory condition” refund requests, we require a photo of the arrangement to be sent to us via email within (2 days) of the delivery.
Proper care of the flowers must be taken – we cannot guarantee freshness or beauty for flowers that are not watered and well cared for.
For bouquets that are delivered late due to an incorrect address or a recipient not being present to receive the package, we cannot provide a refund. In certain situations with extenuating circumstances, we may provide a replacement. If this is the case for you, please contact us via phone.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift may be left with a neighbor, in a safe place, and phone or text message stating where arrangement was left.
Peoria Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase plus a $10 address correction fee for a redelivery.
Recipient refusal of delivery In the event that the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender will be held fully responsible for the original order.
